5/8" tongue and groove flooring comes standard on all wood models — competitors use 7/16" OSB. Treated joists on all standard models keep moisture and rot out. Your tools, equipment, and belongings stay dry and protected on a floor built to hold up for years.
Every nail is caulked for weather protection. We use galvanized nails in all treated wood so nothing rusts. Manufacturer-approved paint, siding nails set at the correct depth, and treated exterior band boards. We follow the guidelines — not shortcuts.
